Bonjour, I am Eric Larouche, creator of New Vision Insights (nVI). I am a retired Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Senior Search and Rescue Technician (SAR Tech). During my career I have developed dedication and a sense of responsibility which has led me to create New Vision Insights.
As a manager, I was constantly involved in the activities and evolution of national and international Search and Rescue issues, HR management, Crisis Management, and Research & Development. Throughout the years, I used my strong communication and analytical skills to maintain a high level of competence. This allowed me to identify and respond to numerous new opportunities to develop both my teams and myself, which was particularly challenging due to the advent of unpredictable issues concerning the welfare and interests of many people. And I still love doing this!

Bonjour, je suis Eric Larouche, créateur de New Vision Insights (NVI). Je suis un technicien senior en recherche et sauvetage (Tech SAR) de l’Aviation royale canadienne (ARC). Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai développé une expertise et un sens des responsabilités qui m’ont amené à créer New Vision Insights.
En tant que manager, j’ai été constamment impliqué dans les activités et l’évolution des enjeux nationaux et internationaux de recherche et sauvetage, la gestion des ressources humaines, la gestion de crise et la recherche et développement. Au fil des ans, j’ai utilisé mes aptitudes en communication et en analyse pour maintenir un haut niveau de compétence. Ainsi, j’ai pu développer mes équipes et j’ai poursuivi mon cheminement professionnel. Et cela malgré l’émergence de problèmes pouvant affecter le bien-être et les intérêts de nombreuses personnes. Et j’aime toujours faire ça!
